mind thinking unnecessarily pondering on numerous thoughts many of them evoke a negative state , even positive excited state may not be beneficial.

Fruits for diabetes

Fruits contain vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants essential for diabetics. What fruits can a diabetic consume?
Any fruit can be consumed including  mangoes and banana , which have high glycaemic index - only the amount served matters.
The amount of carbohydrates and glycaemic index (a measure that shows how quick the sugar is absorbed and helps in  raising the blood sugar level ) are two important factors in determining a diabetic's diet.the glycaemic index is determined by thge source - whether the sugar is from  starch, fruit or canned foods.
The total amount of carbohydrates in a food affects blood sugar levels more than does the source of carbohydrates One serving of fruit should contain 15 grams of carbohydrates. The size of the serving depends on the carbohydrate content of the fruit.
The advantage of eating a low-carbohydrate fruit is that you can consume a larger portion. But whether you eat a low-carb or high-carb fruit, as long as the serving size contains less than 15 grams of carbohydrates, the effect on your blood sugar is the same.
The following fruit servings contain about 15 grams of carbohydrates:
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup (83 grams) cubed mango
